Junior Mobility Engineer

Main Job Purpose:

The Junior Mobility Engineer will assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to help secure and manage company-owned mobile devices. This role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and ensures smooth operations under the guidance of senior engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and configuration of MDM solutions such as Meraki and Intune.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting mobile device management systems to ensure security and compliance.
• Provide technical support for mobile devices and MDM-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, including network operations and information security, to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to support continuous improvement.

Required Capabilities:

• Basic knowledge of Meraki and Intune (or willingness to learn).
• Understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced IT environment.

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in IT support, mobility support, or a related technical role.

Educational Qualifications:

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., MDM, IT support, networking).
• Any additional training or certification in MDM solutions is a plus.
